Multi-state real estate law firm is looking for an entry level associate attorney to join its growing Phoenix team. The Firm primarily practices in the area of landlord-tenant law, creditor bankruptcy, fair housing defense of property owners and managers, and general civil litigation. The position will primarily entail daily court appearances, drafting of pleadings and correspondence, communicating with clients, legal research, and document review. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, have excellent communication skills, have a “client first” mentality, and have an interest in real estate and contract law. The successful candidate must possess a license to practice law as of the date of hire.

The Firm offers a robust compensation package to include 100% employer paid medical and dental insurance, generous paid time off benefits, participation in profit sharing and a defined benefit plan after two years of employment, quarterly bonuses, and cell phone and mileage reimbursement.
