Our Sales team is looking for a real estate sales professional to join our expanding group. You will work as a Buyer’s Agent acquiring properties while supporting our company brand.
What you’ll need to have:
2-5+ years of experience in real estate sales or related sales/customer service
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Hold a current real estate license in any state is helpful but not required
Ability to collaborate and network to build lasting relationships with a variety of contacts to deliver outstanding customer service
Document preparation of contracts and addendums as needed
Maintaining deadlines and ensuring expectations are met on or before the deadline date
Adaptability to changes in policies and procedures
Knowledge of terms and principles associated with real estate preferred
Proficient in MS Office suite with emphasis on Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks
Analytical mind and strong negotiating skills
The ability to interact well with senior management
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work as a team and individually
