At BlueOptima, you will be joining our rapidly scaling Phoenix office as we grow our operations in the Americas. You will benefit from in-depth technical and sales training, on-going support, feedback, and professional development.

Seek and reach out to Senior Executives of Enterprise Companies, through a variety of tools and cold outreach methods
Utilize a range of consultative sales techniques to understand key issues and deliver solutions to Fortune 500 Companies
Have direct contribution in Client Meetings and Demonstrations
Understand Key Sales Metrics in order to make decisions on your pipeline

32 days paid annual vacation time (including public holidays)

- Base Salary $40-45k + annual bonus + uncapped commission
