Full-timeSSCW Corporate is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team. The Recruitment Coordinator will support a team of recruiters to support a seamless candidate experience, onboarding new hires, and assisting/facilitating HR processes for newly hired employee across all business locations in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Additionally, this role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS/ATS entry.
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday, typically 8:00 - 5:00 pm
Location: Remote (must be local to Greater Phoenix)
Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Coordinator must be energetic, personable, extremely organized, and have the ability to keep calm under pressure. This person is responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, acting as the point of contact in the scheduling process, following up pre- and post-interview, and proactively sourcing top talent, as needed.
This is a high volume, process-oriented job with a need for finely honed organizational skills and attention to detail offering a fantastic opportunity to broaden your horizons within the field of Human Resources and Talent Management.
Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities:

- Partner with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to support life-cycle coordination for both experienced and campus hiring
- Assist with onboarding efforts including new hire paperwork and processing candidate background checks - always maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Ensure a variety of data is accurately entered in a timely manner, including new hire information, recruiting expenses, status change forms, etc.
- Work with Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers to ensure I-9 verification forms are completed in a timely and correct manner, audit and maintain I-9 documentation within employee files
- Ownership of various steps of the orientation and onboarding process
- Track status of candidates and respond with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process
- Prepare new-employee files and file/track documents into the appropriate employee file.
- Support our Recruiting Operations team with special initiatives and projects including our campus recruiting efforts, social media campaigns, special events, etc.
- Keep recruiters informed on any feedback and next steps
- Assist in sourcing/research for any positions, as directed by recruiters
- Support the Human Resources department with filing and other administrative tasks.
- Assist any other ad-hoc projects and tasks within the Human Resources department, as needed
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Prior experience working within an applicant tracking system to managing and tracking candidates
- Ability to interact in a warm, empathetic, tactful and positive manner, with the broad HR team and all levels of hiring managers and candidates. Excellent customer service and timely follow through
- Basic knowledge of employment law or the ability and interest to pick it up rapidly
- Ability to quickly gain employee trust and maintain an extraordinarily high level of confidentiality
- Ability to learn quickly, exercise initiative, prioritize and take direction from multiple people
- A resourceful individual with the ability to be effective independently and drive your own workload
- Self-awareness to quickly shift tasks and priorities in response to urgent needs
- Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
- Desire to expand current recruiting skill set
- Proficient with Microsoft Office application
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Associates degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred,
- Familiarity with Arizona and California Labor Law

Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages and utilize reason to resolve complex problems. Requires keyboarding, hearing and talking, frequent standing and walking, and frequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on uneven surfaces, squeezing and crouching. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of 1-10 pounds (occasional up to 25#).
