Ideal Air is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix. COMPENSATION:

Up to $40,000 depending on experience with room for advancement

RESPONSIBILITIES: If you're looking to make a positive impact and whistle while you work, this might be the position for you! The Administrative Assistant will act as the initial contact for all customers and vendors. This role is also responsible for answering incoming calls in a way that others can hear you smile! Other administrative duties include number crunching, accounting, scheduling estimates, energy audits and construction, confirming appointments with scheduled customers, filing utility rebates and updating the web platform.

  • Answering incoming calls, scheduling estimates, dispatching and confirming estimate appointments
  • Managing all new customer inquiries
  • Technical data entry in energy modeling software
  • Taking data from energy modeling software and submitting rebates to our local utilities
  • Entering invoices in dispatching software (Service Titan)
  • Creating sales folders daily
  • Creating construction folders
  • Managing accounts receivable
  • Managing our online chat
  • Communicating with our technicians if photos, data or forms are missing in order to file rebates timely
  • Sending out construction contract using our software after the job has been sold
  • Other duties as assigned
