EHS is currently seeking experienced behavioral health case managers that have a passion for providing the highest quality care despite any barriers while creating partnerships with community agencies to create long term success for clients. In some areas these professionals are also referred to as case managers.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

The case manager will be responsible for utilizing an integrated case management model that includes assessment, planning, implementation, care coordination, and monitoring. Case Managers may serve various member populations such as GMH, criminal justice, substance use, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Behavioral Health Care industry.
• One-year behavioral health experience working with adult justice-involved population
• Strong knowledge of wellness, recovery and self-help
• Effective communication and written skills are essential
• Proficiency with computer and databases
• Knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis, psychotropic medications, various treatment interventions, and community resources
• Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred
• BHT certification preferred
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

EHS is offering $500 for Bachelors and $750 for Masters level sign on Bonus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

COVID-19 considerations:
EHS staff are in full compliance of CDC recommended guidelines for COVID-19. All staff check temperature immediately upon arriving. All staff wear face masks in common areas and all staff are working in separate offices. The office is cleaned nightly.
