We’re looking for talented self-starters who are money motivated to join our Olly Olly family! As an Inside Sales Representative, you would be responsible for prospecting and cold calling small-medium sized businesses in the United States to sell our products and services through a consultative approach including website design, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and more! Our role is an in-office position, with offices in Charlotte, NC, Austin, TX, and Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Research and self-prospect various businesses within multiple industries throughout the U.S.
• Cold call 65+ businesses per day in a effort to schedule virtual demonstrations with an end goal of earning a prospect’s business
• Exceed individual goals while also contributing to team and organizational goals
• Contribute to a positive, work hard-play hard culture!

Olly Olly offers a guaranteed base salary with monthly commission that is 100% & uncapped once you hit your monthly quota!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
