Thank you for your interest in our job posting! We own and operate multiple growing businesses in the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas including a non-profit charity among them, and we need additional admin support - hopefully you can help! Weve hired admin support previously and its been successful for everyone involved. Our businesses are in the senior healthcare field. The work is very rewarding as we are focused on helping seniors remain safe and happy. Here’s one of our businesses: FamilySmartcare.com. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 1) You Suit Our Style of work if - You live within driving distance of the North Phoenix and North Scottsdale areas, can come into our Scottsdale office regularly, but can choose to do the majority of work wherever youd like (at home or our office). - Youre tech-comfortable. With social media growing in importance for our businesses, your ability to learn and navigate social media programs and other tech applications is important. 2) You have a fearless attitude toward new tasks - New challenges surface daily. Many of them require a problem-solving mindset. Your ability to take on a new task where it’s necessary to do research, find answers, and sometimes develop new skills along the way is extremely helpful. 3) You enjoy checklists - If you like checklists, youll love working with us! We strive to get our businesses as structured as possible. The goal is for many of our processes to run on checklists and guidelines and for everything to be organized within Project Management software. 4) You Really Enjoy Admin Support If youre someone who loves to coordinate, organize, and problem solve, this job might be for you. We’re looking for someone to assist with a wide variety of tasks including helping us continue to organize and document our business processes, tackle daily challenges, problem solve, coordinate with others, assist with special projects, etc. - - - - - - - - YES, THIS JOB IS FLEXIBLE SO YOU CAN BE A GREAT PARENT! 80%+ of your role can be done any time(s) of day, any day(s) of the week. Well give you a task and a deadline; when you work on it is completely up to you. This means you can be with your family when they need you. So when your is sick, or has an event at school and you need to throw your Parent hat on. . . No problem - work can wait :-) - - - - - - - - DETAILS Timeline: starting as soon as we find someone qualified. Next few weeks would be nice, although we dont need to rush. 30-Day Trial: well start with a 30-day trial to see how it goes. If we both like the experience, well carry on. Hours: between 10-20 hours per week to begin with. Eventually we’d like to increase to 30-40 hours. But if youd like to keep the work to 20 hours or less per week, we’re okay with that, as we can hire a second Executive Assistant to cover the other 10-20 hours.
