Hi there, future sales rockstar! Chances are, this isn’t the first Sales Development posting you’ve read. If you read through this one, we’re pretty confident you won’t find another one like it. This isn’t a boiler room; we expect thoughtful cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach; you’ll be researching and game-planning on strategic, high-value accounts. If finding and delivering value at many of the most innovative and advanced companies on the planet selling unique and desired solutions, let’s talk. Brander Group is rapidly growing, highly profitable, and the leading IT & Network Infrastructure consulting and brokerage firm. We’re looking for a talented, ambitious, and energetic Sales Development Rep. We help the most prominent brands such as Zoom, Tencent, Procter and Gamble, Deloitte, Digital Ocean, and Nvidia (to name just a few) solve critical IT challenges and streamline operations while lowering cost. Our services are niche, and we need help handling all of the leads we generate (our marketing strategy is VERY dialed in). You’ll work closely with our leadership team and C-level Executive prospects daily. Our clients are receptive to our outreach, and we typically receive thank-you calls and emails post-sale. You’ll be trusted with high amounts of autonomy; self-discipline, humility, and curiosity are critical to your success. These attributes worked for the last rep, who was promoted; hence we have this opening. Your daily adventures will include: *Being the CEO of your pipeline generation *Strategic account coordination with your Enterprise AE *Discovering new leads through cold prospecting and replying to warm leads/responses from our massive database of leads *Having high-level conversations and overcoming objections with prospective clients Qualifications: *High energy, urgency, and coachability *Team player *1-2 years sales experience using a CRM to track all activity (b2b sales preferred) *Doesn’t take no for an answer (we might ask your mom) *Excellent spoken and written English *Must be ok working daily in-person with our core team in our Scottsdale office Benefits/Perks: *Dental & Health insurance *Company provided computer *Centrally located in old town Scottsdale (crush your number and then crush the bars) *Fun startup culture (work hard/play hard!) *Kegerator with beer on tap in the office *Unlimited snacks and drinks/coffee *Regular company outings/team building events *Free Parking Permit Compensation: $30-40K base salary, plus uncapped commissions = 1st year OTE of $50-70k COVID-19 precautions: Remote interview process Temperature screenings Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place The office is cleaned and sanitized daily If this sounds like a great fit, please hit the reply button at the top and share your resume as well as a little about yourself.
