You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service; interacting with customers at the counter while assessing each customer’s qualifications and offering services that will help make the customers rental experience the most enjoyable. We offer fair hourly rates with a lucrative commission structure to all of our rental agents.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Fully understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
-Qualify the necessary rental and location information (e.g. disclose rates, terms, and conditions of rental.)
-Convincingly offer optional services, enable the customers to make informed decisions
-Periodically may be required to assist in other operational functions (e.g. supporting the return operations)
-Other duties as required
-Must be at least 18 years of age.
-Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-Must be willing to go above and beyond for customer experience/satisfaction.
-Must have a sense of professionalism and have the ability to manage stressful or unique situations in order to maintain good customer service.
-Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
-Basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products preferred.
-Must have the flexibility to work day and/or evening hours, as well as weekends/holidays.
-Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.
-Prior rental car experience is a plus.
